I would be more encouraged if it showed a way to produce electricity from the steam. I was a bit dismayed to hear that the device can run without input power 'most of the time'. If it's a 1mw plant, can't it just feed output electricity to the input requirements to 'sustain' the reaction? This requiring no external energy input beyond a 'boot-up' process?

Has it occurred to you just HOW "1MW" of steam gets out of that little pipe at the back????
here is a picture of a 1.5mw steam turbine, please take note of the size of the main steam pipes.... Just saying....
