SKDB Open To Invited Guests This Week

The Steorn Knowledge And Development Base is now open to invited private and commercial developers. Those people can now join here.

The registration page says the following: "This week the SKDB is open only to those private and commercial developers in possession of a personal invitation from Steorn. Please do not attempt to register if you do not have a personal invitation , as you will be unable to access the SKDB."

The only license option available at present is a developer license. These can be upgraded to full commercial licenses in the near future if the developer wants to bring product into the marketplace.

This is a big step forward in the commercialisation of overunity technology by Steorn.  Right now for the first time ever invited commercial entities are now participating in the development stages of overunity products which will ultimately end up in the consumer marketplace.

Cold Fusion Moves Closer To Mainstream Acceptance

A potential new energy source so controversial that people once regarded it as junk science is moving closer to acceptance by the mainstream scientific community. That's the conclusion of the organizer of one of the largest scientific sessions on the topic -- "cold fusion" -- being held in San Francisco for the next two days in the Moscone Center during the 239th National Meeting of the American Chemical Society (ACS).

Among the reports scheduled for the symposium are:

Michael McKubre, Ph.D., of SRI International in Menlo Park, Calif., provides an overview of cold fusion research. McKubre will discuss current knowledge in the field and explain why some doubts exist in the broader scientific community. He will also discuss recent experimental work performed at SRI. McKubre will focus on fusion, heat production and nuclear products. [3pm, Monday March 22, Cyril Magnin ]

Iron-nitrogen compound forms strongest magnet known

A group of scientists from the University of Minnesota say that Fe₁₆N₂ crystals are more magnetic than the most magnetic material previously known, and its magnetism exceeds the predicted limit of magnetism for a material.

"A group of materials physicists from Twin Cities, Minnesota, led by Jian-Ping Wang have found a material comprising 16 iron atoms and two of nitrogen is approximately 18% more magnetic than the predicted limit."

Orbo Testing Finishes Up Today

Today (Friday 19th March) is the last day of Orbo testing being conducted at The Waterways Centre in Dublin.  Steorn have been allowing 3rd parties to test and evaluate Orbo since February. It is believed that many of the testers were commercial firms looking at developing Orbo to be used in their products.

I expect there will probably be an announcement from Steorn in the next week or so regarding the testing and public opening of the SKDB.

Self Running Coil - Is this Overunity?

This series of new YouTube videos were brought to my attention today.  In the video we appear to see the charging of a capacitor in action and a voltage being produced which is higher than the input voltage of the battery. The videos were made by gotoluc .  The toroid coil is pulsed on and off at a specific frequency.  Also present in the setup are a stack of neodymium magnets with a small airgap.

Amazingly the battery is disconnected and the voltage still climbs. He puts a lot of emphasis on the frequency being correct.  If not set to correct frequency then there is no effect.

He makes these additional points in a posting:

If the magnet is removed there is no effect

If the magnet has no air gap there is no effect

If the frequency is changed there is no effect

Orbo Testing Extended Due To Demand

Steorn have extended their stay at The Waterways Centre in Dublin to cater for 3 more weeks of additional testing on top of the 4 weeks conducted already. Much of the testing is being carried out by 3rd party companies who have an interest in commercial development of Orbo. 

This statement was published on Steorn's website in the last few hours:

"The Waterways will remain open for a further three weeks, until Friday 19th March, due to additional applications from third parties interested in testing Orbo technology."

The demand for testing slots has been very high and this is a very encouraging sign indeed which underlines how valuable this technology will become in the marketplace.  Product developers failing to get in early may face a struggle and may ultimately lose market share to forward thinking competitors who see an advantage.

A gadget hungry public and power savings dominated industry will ditch conventional powered products in their droves if they are offered a free energy alternative.
