New eCat.com Site Launched Is Based In Heart Of London Financial District

In the last 24 hours what claims to be an "Official eCat" website was launched - their newsletter contains an address listed in the heart of London't financial district.
Previously eCat.com hosted full screen professionally edited videos conducted with many of the men closest to the technology including Focardi and Stremmenos.
Today the site looks reasonably professional, having had a makeover and now claims to be the first site in the world to be taking offical orders for Rossi's eCat technology. Upon subscribing to their newsletter, the confirmation email conatins the following address:
A quick Google reveals:
"The London New Broad Street Centre is based in the heart of the financial district close to Liverpool Street Station and Broadgate Circle. The centre is spread over six floors of a seven-storey office building with a decorative Victorian facade. Local businesses work in recruitment, IT, marketing and financial trading and the area is surrounded by London's world famous financial district. Recently refurbished, the interior of the building is a modern welcoming and airy space. The lower ground floor is dedicated to conferencing with space for up to 100 people in a theatre style auditorium. In addition there are 14 meeting rooms, capable of hosting between two and 100 delegates. Many of the offices overlook a large central atrium with a glass roof so that workers receive maximum natural light. The atrium is also used for special events and parties".
So the questions right now are:
Is ecat.com recognised by Andrea Rossi as his "official" site? and if so, WHO exactly is behind the site?
Taking Orders
The site claims to be taking non-binding advance orders for ecats on a first come first served basis. They say..
"You can get it right here, on this site, by filling out the inquiry form and specifying what type of product you are looking for. ECAT.com in Association with Andrea Rossi and Leonardo Corporation will then get back to you shortly regarding ECAT 1 MW Plant pre-orders and later in 2012 regarding ECAT Home pre-orders when enrollment plans for ECAT Home has been decided. The small ECAT Home unit will not be available in all countries in the beginning.
The first generation of products offers two choices:
- ECAT 1 MW Plant unit. (Available now, delivery time 3 months)
- ECAT Home unit ranging from 5-10kW. (Available in 2013)"
Is there anyone reading this who happens to be in London? Do ecat.com ACTYALLY reside in this building? Perhaps there is a tennants directory or nameplate on the door? If anyone has information / photographs please send to contact@overunity.co

We have official confirmation now that the site is endorsed by Andrea Rossi. On his blog he replied to a question on ecat.com's owners.
Yes, it is the website of our North Europe commercial Branch.

It's a shame, a "hidden" company under a hidden website promoting the E-cat. Rossi, if you want credibility, you need not to partner with hidden people !

I find it very strange that the Ampenergo.com domain was registered the same day that PRAXEN DEFKALION the so called parent company of Defkalion Green Technologies was incorporated in Cyprus (28-DEC-2010).
I would also point out that the defkalion-energy.com domain was registered on 13-JAN-2011 one day before the first public demonstration of the ecat (14-JAN-2011).
We have a lot of IDEAS!!!
The hypothetical images of the Home E-CAT look pretty good. I wonder how much they will retail for?
