Great! Can we quit talking about Dick now? Dick Smith obviously has attacked LENR in the past which is now accepted science despite what Dick Smith and Wikipedia say. MIT is teaching a class on cold fusion 101 this year and Cern is holding a LENR conference on March 22.
Controlling LENR excessive heat can be problematic and nobody knows if Andrea Rossi or Defkalion can match their claims. I can see skeptics attacking them.
Seeing a skeptic attacking LENR theses days is just ridiculous. It is like talking to someone in the flat earth society.
Dick Smith has helped propogate the notion that all American Scientists are too stupid to wire their experiments correctly and are only achieving Excess heat in their LENR experiment because their lead wires were not grounded.
So basically Dick Smith has verbally attacked NASA, MIT, University of Missouri, Brian Ahern, and more.
If Defkalion and Rossi think of him as a waste of time with a probably unbacked offer it is most likely with just cause.
The cartoon is funny, I just hate to see him get even more press. Even if bad kinda.
