There's some apples, and then there are some oranges here. No one is contesting the fact that you can run a car on hydrogen gas. No one is contesting that you can run electrolysis on water to produce hydrogen gas. The question is, is it over-unity or not?
Since the car is not a closed system, as far as we can tell, there is really no evidence here.
They need to hook their device up to an electrical generator and close the loop. If they can do that, then obviously they really have something.
